I have always created opportunities in my life to keep the artistic and creative flame in me burning.  Born and raised in India, I have had an early and enduring interest in art.  After getting a degree in Architecture, I moved to the United States where I earned a degree in Urban Design.

While working as an architect I continued to develop my artistic skills and vision, be it through paper and clay models of the structures I designed or presentation drawings of the same in various media.  I have undertaken one artistic venture or the other continuously and have experimented with pottery and ceramics, oil painting as well as painting and stenciling children's furniture, to name a few.

My recent couple of years long stint in India gave me the opportunity to reconnect with my desire to create art and follow my passion for painting with zeal and abandon.

In my painting you will see my unrestrained obsession with color and exploration of different textures and media.  My style of painting is my very own, and my paintings are my dreams and visions poured on canvas.
